Data protection policy

We attempt at offering our internet services without users having to disclose their identity. For reasons of economical handling of data, we always make it possible for the users to use our internet portal anonymously or pseudo-anonymously. We do not record access to our web pages. Thus, users who access our web pages cannot be traced back. It comes without saying that we do not use cookies or similar solutions.

If you decide to commission us, for the purpose of legal advice and representation, due to legal and technical reasons we require “your data”, especially your surname and address.

As lawyers, we are bound to particular secrecy and do not under any circumstances disclose your data to others.

Please pay attention to the fact that already a specific e-mail enquiry might lead to creating a (fee requiring) client-lawyer relationship. If you wish to send us an e-mail containing with contents worth protecting, we recommend you to send us an encoded e-mail. You will find BEUKENBERG’s public key on every PGP-server or as a text document if you follow this link.

In the case that no client-lawyer relationship comes is created we do not save your data (cf. also TMG).
